Promotion Agreement Form (PAF)

The Promotion Agreement Form enables cadets to keep track of their own progress while working towards their next promotion. Each Cadet Achievement has a corresponding PAF which lists every requirement for that promotion, in reference to the Cadet Super Chart. Once cadets advance through the phases, they are requested to identify and write down three goals they strive to accomplish after promoting. These goals are some of the main topics of discussion during a Promotion Review Board. Once all requirements have been completed and signed off on the PAF, a Testing Officer receives and uses the PAF to enter scores/results in the Cadet Promotions Module on eServices. All PAFs are retained and placed in the cadet's personnel file.

Obtaining a Promotion Agreement Form

Hardcopy Promotion Agreement Forms can be obtained during Administrative Office Hours or through a cadet's flight staff. Digital versions are available for viewing and printing HERE.
